Believe it or not, I like to go into a classroom assuming that the kids have no skills at all in the area of behavior. So I say to myself, “OK, it’s my job to teach them good behavior skills.” And I do it. This way, when they don’t have behavior skills, I don’t get frustrated with them. Try it!
