Little things can drive us crazy! A kid is messing around with a toy in his desk, or he’s playing with the Velcro on his sneakers. Maybe it’s a cell phone.

What’s the REAL problem? Is it really the toy? The pants that are worn too low? The spaghetti straps? No. The problem is refusal, refusal to follow a rule.
